These are the standard terms and conditions for website design and development and other services applied to all the project work will be undertaken by jackfruitweb® (web design and development company in Kolkata, India).
You must have to provide all documents (digital photographs and writing content) and information required for your project work. Such material may be your organization logo, images, written content and other digital material which will be implemented on your web document. If there is any delay in providing these digital materials to jackfruitweb which occurs a delay in the completion of work, we have the right to extend the project deadline as per the quotation by a reasonable amount.
Where you fail to provide such materials to jackfruitweb®, and that prevents the progress of the work, we have the right to invoice you for any part or parts of the work already completed by Jackfruitweb (without the total work completion)
In jackfruitweb, during design and development process, after completion of a particular part of work a feedback is needed on regular basis. The next part of the project will start after the correction of a previous part according to your valuable feedback.
There will be a limit for the variations of design provided in our proposal. We may charge for additional designs or change of design as per quotation.
On completion of the work, you will be notified from our developer's end and you have the opportunity to review it. You must notify jackfruitweb in writing of any unsatisfactory job in your project within 3 days of such notification. Any of the work which has not been reported in writing to jackfruitweb as unsatisfactory within the 3-day review period will be approved as a satisfactory job. We will not accept any unsatisfactory report after that period. Next, if you would like to make changes to the original designs provided, it will be chargeable.
If you reject any of our work within the 3-day review period, or not approve subsequent work performed by jackfruitweb to remedy any points recorded as being unsatisfactory, and we are acting reasonably, consider that you have been unreasonable in any rejection of the work, we can elect to treat this contract as at an end and take look to recover payment for the completed work.
You must obtain all necessary permissions and authorities in respect of the use of all copy, graphic images, registered company logos, names, and trademarks, or any other material that you supply to jackfruitweb to include in your website or web applications.
We will do the best search engine optimization according to current best practice and competition in your website niche. We cannot assure you for a specific position in any search engine results by a specific keyword.
At jackfruitweb® for any proper reason, it may extend the project completion date.
To the full extent permitted by law, all terms, conditions, warranties, undertakings, inducements or representations, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise (other than the express provisions of these terms and conditions) relating in any way to the services we provide to you are excluded. Without limiting the above, to the extent permitted by law, any liability of jackfruitweb® under any terms, conditions, warranties or representations that by law cannot be excluded are, where permitted by laws, limited at our option, to the replacements, re-repairs or re-supplies of the services or the payment of the cost of the services that we were contracted to perform.
We will not disclose any of your confidential information to any third party at any time.
You agree to reimburse jackfruitweb for any requested expenses which do not form part of our proposal, including but not limited to the purchase of templates, third-party software, stock photographs, special fonts, infographics, domain name registration, web hosting, VPS or comparable expenses.
50% of total cost as an upfront payment. The rest 50% after completing the website and before go live (Not mandatorily this. The payment terms can change according to the client’s Consent)
