Jackfruit Web provides website design, development, branding, and digital services. Since all products are delivered digitally, no physical shipping is applicable.

1. Delivery Method

Services are delivered online through one or more of the following:

• Google Drive / Cloud Share

• Client Portal or Online Workspace

• Web Hosting Deployment

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on the service type. Standard timelines:

• Logo & Branding: 3–7 business days

• Website Design & Development: 7–45 business days (depending on complexity)

• Maintenance & Support: Ongoing

Delay caused by lack of client response, content, approvals, or third-party dependencies does not count as delivery delay.

3. Order Confirmation

Once payment is received, an order confirmation email is sent within 24 hours, containing:

• Assigned project manager (if applicable)

• Project scope summary

• Next steps and onboarding details

4. No Physical Shipping

As a digital agency, we do not ship physical goods. No courier tracking or physical delivery system applies.

5. Final Deliverables

Depending on service, final delivery may include:

• Website access credentials

• Source code or backups

• Documentation and training materials

• Hosted deployment on client server

6. Support

Post-delivery support is provided as per the agreed plan or AMC/maintenance contract.
