Clients may request cancellation only before project work has started. Once research, planning, or execution has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may apply under the following conditions:

• Cancellation request within 24 hours of payment and if work has not started: Eligible for 100% refund

• If any phase of the project or setup work has started: No refund

• Subscription-based services (hosting, domain, maintenance, SEO plans, digital branding, support) are non-refundable once activated.

4. Project Scope Changes

Requests to modify or add additional features after project approval may incur an extra cost and are not grounds for a refund.

5. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted twice or fails technically, the excess amount will be refunded or adjusted in future billing.
